About the Role:
We are seeking a
Fashion Marketing Executive
who is a marketing all-rounder -- someone who can seamlessly blend creativity with data, execute campaigns with precision, and thrive in the fast-paced world of fashion e-commerce. If you love fashion, digital marketing, and delivering results, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution:
Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, Instagram, etc.)
Coordinate festive campaigns, seasonal collections, and culturally relevant fashion initiatives
Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling assets for ads, social media posts, and promotional campaigns
Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization:
Support SEO and content marketing efforts through keyword research, blog creation, and website optimization
Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Search Console, and other analytics tools
Optimize campaigns based on data insights to maximize ROI and conversions
Content & Influencer Marketing:
Create sharp, engaging copy for email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
Assist in influencer collaborations and partnerships to amplify brand reach
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all customer touchpoints
Research competitor activities and market trends to keep the brand ahead in the fashion space
Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
Contribute ideas for growth, customer engagement, and brand building
Must-Have Requirements:
1-3 years of experience
in digital marketing, brand marketing, performance marketing, or related fields
Freshers with strong portfolios demonstrating marketing projects
are also encouraged to apply
Working knowledge of
SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising (Meta/Google Ads), and content creation
Hands-on experience with tools like
Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or similar platforms
Strong communication skills
-- both written and verbal (copywriting ability is a plus)
Basic understanding of
influencer marketing, email campaigns, and WhatsApp/SMS marketing
Creative thinker with analytical mindset

Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to deadlines
Quick learner, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Nice-to-Have (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
Experience in
fashion, apparel, retail, or D2C e-commerce brands
Understanding of
fashion consumer behavior and seasonal trends
Familiarity with
fashion content aesthetics
(product styling, lifestyle shoots, trend-driven visuals)
Knowledge of
festive marketing in the Indian context
(Diwali, Eid, wedding season campaigns, etc.)
Portfolio showcasing creative campaigns or content work
