Role Description



We are seeking a

result-driven and creative Digital Ads Specialist

with a minimum of

1 year of proven experience

in lead generation through paid media channels like

Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in running and optimizing

Meta Ads campaigns

and should be passionate about turning ads into real business results.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, develop, and manage paid ad campaigns across

Google, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn

Create engaging

ad copies, creatives, and landing page strategies

to maximize performance Conduct

audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing

to improve results Monitor and optimize campaigns daily for

CPC, CTR, ROAS, and CPL

Track

leads, conversions, and revenue

using tools like

Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insights

Prepare

weekly/monthly performance reports

with actionable recommendations Stay updated with the latest

ad policies, algorithms, and digital marketing trends


Required Skills & Qualifications



1+ year of experience

in running paid ad campaigns for

lead generation

Strong expertise in

Meta Ads Manager

(must have proven experience in running and scaling Meta Ads campaigns) Proficiency in

Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Experience with

conversion tracking, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting

Good understanding of

funnel strategy, landing pages, and basic SEO

(preferred) Strong

analytical and reporting skills

with problem-solving ability Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business, or related field
