The candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organisation's Online Courses. The candidate will majorly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, having core expertise in meta ads, google ads and acquire leads.
Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and optimize digital campaigns.
Monitor social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and regularly analyze SEO performance.
Email Marketing:
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, crafting engaging content, and analyzing campaign performance.
Segment and manage email lists for targeted communication.
Paid Advertising:
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
Monitor budgets, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of digital marketing efforts.
Generate regular reports and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
Stay Updated on Trends:
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in social media marketing.
Recommend and implement new strategies or tools to enhance the social media presence.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
