Job Role: Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Design, build, and maintain our social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Manage and update website content (WordPress or similar CMS). Create engaging and SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media. Handle paid advertising on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Manage marketing tools and CRM systems for email campaigns and lead generation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in a Digital Marketing role (1-3+ years depending on level). Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms. Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, etc.). Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box. Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
