Key Responsibilities:1. Digital Marketing Activities
Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
Create content briefs and coordinate with designers.
Track ad performance and ROI; optimize campaigns accordingly.
2. Lead Management & Calling Team Coordination
Update and maintain daily lead records from digital campaigns.
Ensure leads are followed up and closed efficiently.
Guide the team with daily targets and share performance reports.
Collaborate with CRM and Sales teams for smooth handovers.
3. E-Commerce (Amazon/Flipkart) Operations
Manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, and creatives.
Track and process daily orders from Amazon & Flipkart.
Handle returns, shipping coordination, and customer communication.
Monitor account health, ratings, and penalties.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for dispatch and stock updates.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing & e-commerce.
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Excel, Amazon/Flipkart Seller Portals.
Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
Knowledge of Canva, basic SEO, and social media trends preferred.
