DESIGNATION - DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE



Job Requirements:



1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 2years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management through AI.

3. Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of SEO and SEM, Google Ads.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
Basic understanding of email marketing and CRM tools.
4. Creativity: Ability to create engaging content for different digital platforms.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

7. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

8. Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough in ensuring quality and consistency in all content and campaigns.

9. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and teams.

Desired Skills:



1. Content Creation: Ability to create various types of content, including blog posts, social media posts, infographics, and videos.

2. Graphic Design: Basic skills in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.

3. Copywriting: Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling marketing messages.

4. Social Media Management: Experience in managing and growing social media accounts.

5. Digital Advertising: Basic knowledge of running paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.

6. Basic HTML/CSS: Understanding of basic HTML and CSS for editing website content.

Responsibilities:



1. Content Creation: Develop and manage content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.

2. Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

3. SEO/SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns, UX and UI Design.

4. Social media: Manage and grow social media presence, engage with followers, and monitor social media trends.

5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools.

6. Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.

7. Collaboration: Work with other departments to align digital marketing efforts with overall company goals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
