Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Marketing
Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube,
and emerging platforms.
Maintain a structured content calendar across all digital channels.
Performance Marketing
Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end.
Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
Monitor and analyze data using Google Analytics and campaign dashboards.
Affiliate Marketing
Develop and manage affiliate partnerships to drive traffic and sales.
Track affiliate performance, optimize payouts, and ensure ROI from collaborations.
Direct Marketing
Plan and execute email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
Build audience segmentation and personalization strategies to increase engagement.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with creative, product, marketing, and sales teams to align campaigns
with business goals.
Share insights from campaigns and consumer data to refine overall marketing
strategy.
Key Skills & Requirements
2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing for consumer brands (beauty
industry preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
Experience in affiliate marketing and managing partner networks.
Strong knowledge of email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing tools.
Ability to create and manage multi-channel content calendars.
Analytical mindset with strong reporting and ROI-tracking skills.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,319.37 - ₹33,880.13 per month
