Key Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and optimize
Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
Plan and execute
Google Search, Display & YouTube ad campaigns
Audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation
Ad copy coordination and creative performance analysis
Monitor daily ad spend, CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS
A/B testing of ads, creatives, and audiences
Generate performance reports and insights
Stay updated with the latest ad policies and platform updates
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with
Meta Ads Manager
Basic to intermediate experience with
Google Ads & YouTube Ads
Understanding of campaign structure, bidding, and targeting
Knowledge of pixels, conversion tracking, and basic analytics
Good communication and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint (plus point)
Experience in lead generation or ecommerce campaigns
Familiarity with Canva or basic creative tools (added advantage)
