Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (E-commerce)

Job Summary:

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to manage our e-commerce platform and drive online sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce management, product uploading, order processing, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain our e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce)

- Upload and optimise product listings, including images and descriptions

- Process and fulfil orders efficiently

- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews

- Analyse sales data and optimise product listings accordingly

- Collaborate with our design and production teams to ensure accurate product representation

- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing

- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce)

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and e-commerce best practices

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with product photography and image editing

- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics

- Certification in digital marketing or e-commerce management
