We are seeking a
results-driven Digital Marketing Executive
with a strong background in
B2B lead generation
and a working knowledge of
E-Commerce marketing
. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing paid ad campaigns, driving organic growth, and enhancing online visibility across multiple digital platforms--especially in B2B environments.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on
Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
, with a focus on
B2B lead generation
.
Develop and implement
SEO strategies
to improve search rankings and drive
organic traffic from business audiences
.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve
conversion rates and ROI
.
Conduct
competitor analysis and market research
to identify B2B trends and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure messaging aligns with
business buyer personas
and brand objectives.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum
2 years of proven experience in digital marketing
, with a strong focus on
B2B lead generation
.
Hands-on experience with
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
.
Solid understanding of
SEO
(on-page, off-page, and technical).
Proficiency in tools like
Google Analytics, Search Console
, and ad reporting dashboards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in
B2B funnel optimization

Familiarity with
