We are seeking a proactive and creative
Digital Marketing Executive
to join our team
AICT Pvt.Ltd
and drive online marketing efforts for our educational institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our programs, enhance our online presence, and support student recruitment objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate leads and drive student enrollment.
SEO/SEM:
Optimize website content for search engines and manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase visibility and ranking.
Content Creation:
Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and paid ads.
Social Media Management:
Manage social media channels by creating posts, responding to inquiries, and analyzing performance metrics.
Website Management:
Update and maintain the institution's website, ensuring it reflects accurate program and admissions information.
Email Marketing:
Create and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and student engagement.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track, measure, and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Collaboration:
Work with the admissions team to align marketing campaigns with enrollment goals and academic calendars.
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and competitors' strategies in the education sector.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and content marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with educational marketing or student recruitment campaigns.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
Video editing or familiarity with YouTube marketing is a plus.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission.
