Performance Marketing Executive

to manage and optimize paid campaigns across

Google Ads and Meta Ads

.

Job Responsibilities

Run and monitor

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

daily. Manage, optimize, and scale

Google Ads

campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max). Track key metrics:

CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversions

, and overall performance. Perform keyword research, create ad copies, and improve campaign quality scores. Configure and verify tracking using

GA4, Google Tag Manager, Pixel, Conversion API

. Conduct A/B testing for audiences, creatives, and landing pages. Prepare weekly & monthly client reports with insights and recommendations. Work closely with design and content teams for ad creatives. Manage budgets, reduce cost per result, and improve ROAS.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum

2 years hands-on experience

in both

Google Ads & Meta Ads

. Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and bidding strategies. Experience with

Looker Studio, GA4, Tag Manager, Pixel setup

. Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills. Ability to handle multiple client campaigns at once. Good communication skills (English/Hindi).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
