Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote the company's products/services.
Manage and maintain the company's website and optimize content for SEO and SEM.
Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROI) to improve campaign effectiveness.
Create engaging content for digital platforms (social media posts, blogs, email newsletters, etc.).
Manage social media pages and increase audience engagement and followers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and PPC campaigns.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with marketing automation tools.
Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website management (WordPress preferred).
Experience in graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
