Manage and grow the institute's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Plan, create, and post engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories, blogs) to enhance brand visibility
Develop social media campaigns to promote courses, events, and student success stories
Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports for social media campaigns
Respond to online inquiries and engage with followers to build community presence
Assist in digital ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads - basic level)
Coordinate with the design/photography team for content creation when needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content trends
Good communication and copywriting skills
Self-motivated, creative, and passionate about digital media
