Analytics & Reporting:
Track campaign performance, website traffic, conversion funnels, and provide weekly dashboards.
Competitor benchmarking (Mamaearth, Minimalist, Dot & Key, Plum, Pilgrim).
Brand Growth:
Work closely with founders & creative team to position VINR as a
premium mass clean beauty brand
.
Experiment with new channels (Quora, Reddit, WhatsApp broadcast, SEO blogs).
Handle
email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and blog content posting
.
Track campaign performance & competitor activities, prepare weekly reports.
Support creative team with ad copies, product posts, and UGC integration.
Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably D2C/beauty/skincare).
Knowledge of
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
Good understanding of
SEO, content marketing, and influencer collaborations
.
Analytical mindset with reporting skills.
Strong communication & multitasking ability.
