Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness and follower engagement.

WhatsApp Marketing:

Create and implement marketing campaigns for WhatsApp to promote products/services, drive engagement, and grow followers.
- Content Creation: Design visually appealing and compelling content (text, images, videos) for social media and WhatsApp that resonates with the target audience.

SEO Optimization:

Apply SEO best practices to social media and WhatsApp content to improve visibility and organic reach.

Lead Generation:

Use social media and WhatsApp to generate leads and nurture potential customers through effective communication.

Customer Engagement:

Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media and WhatsApp to enhance the customer experience.

Analytics Monitoring:

Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing campaign performance, including engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion metrics.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools to keep strategies relevant.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure digital initiatives align with broader marketing goals.

Organic Growth & Travel Trade Focus:

Drive organic growth and increase Instagram engagement and followers specifically within the travel trade sector.

AI Tools Utilization

: Apply hands-on expertise with AI tools to optimize content creation, campaign targeting, and performance analysis.

Qualifications:



- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with an emphasis on social media and WhatsApp marketing.
- Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience growing organic Instagram engagement and followers in the travel trade is preferred.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for marketing is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,871.77 - ₹34,164.40 per month

Work Location: In person
