We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our products and services, drive traffic, and generate leads. You will work closely with the marketing team to improve our online presence, increase brand awareness, and achieve marketing goals across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
Create and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Manage multiple digital channels such as social media, email, SEO, and paid campaigns.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the digital space.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO optimizations.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Develop engaging content and schedules for social media platforms.
Monitor social media trends, interactions, and community engagement.
Paid Advertising (PPC):
Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Optimize ad performance and budget allocation to achieve best ROI.
Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Email Marketing:
Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Segment email lists and create personalized email content.
Measure email campaign performance and optimize for better results.
Content Creation:
Write, design, and edit content for blogs, articles, newsletters, and website pages.
Collaborate with designers to produce graphics and multimedia content for marketing materials.
Analytics and Reporting:
Analyze the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.
Generate regular reports on key metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, etc.) and suggest improvements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to ensure alignment in all marketing efforts.
Assist in organizing digital events, webinars, or campaigns as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Proven experience in digital marketing (minimum 1-2 years)
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media platforms
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot)
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience with video marketing or graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Familiarity with A/B testing and landing page optimization
Knowledge of affiliate marketing or influencer marketing strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in marketing research & data analysis
Knowledge of social media strategy and content planning
Hands-on with social media posting tools
Understanding of consumer behavior & market trends
Good communication, reporting and presentation skills in English
Good creative eye and hands-on with photoshop and canva
