Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers Create engaging content for blogs, articles, social media, and the company website Monitor and report on performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to increase organic traffic Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality digital content Coordinate with external vendors or influencers to execute campaigns when needed Stay up-to-date with current digital trends and suggest new strategies to improve online presence

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices Experience with B2C social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with an attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.) Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
