: Digital Marketing Associate

At "Plumm Ads", we're searching for a skilled PPC Specialist in Google Ads to join our dynamic

team in Delhi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving efficiency and maximizing ROI

through the creation, management, and expansion of search arbitrage campaigns across

various platforms.

Responsibilities

? Develop, manage, and expand search arbitrage campaigns to drive performance and ROI.

? Research and identify promising verticals for campaign testing.

? Set up, monitor, and optimize media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads.

? Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics and make strategic adjustments.

? Identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies based on market trends.

? Collaborate on A/B testing methodologies for landing pages to enhance conversion rates.

? Craft compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience and

drives engagement.

Requirements

? 0-2 years of work experience in digital marketing or related fields.

? Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.

? Tech-savvy and proficient in managing digital advertising platforms, particularly Google Ads.

? Creative mindset with the ability to craft persuasive ad copy.

? Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
