: Digital Marketing Associate

At "Plumm Ads", we're searching for a skilled PPC Specialist in Google Ads to join our dynamic

team in Delhi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving efficiency and maximizing ROI

through the creation, management, and expansion of search arbitrage campaigns across

various platforms.

Responsibilities


Develop, manage, and expand search arbitrage campaigns to drive performance and ROI.


Research and identify promising verticals for campaign testing.


Set up, monitor, and optimize media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads.


Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics and make strategic adjustments.


Identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies based on market trends.


Collaborate on A/B testing methodologies for landing pages to enhance conversion rates.


Craft compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience and

drives engagement.

Requirements


0-2 years of work experience in digital marketing or related fields.


Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.


Tech-savvy and proficient in managing digital advertising platforms, particularly Google Ads.


Creative mindset with the ability to craft persuasive ad copy.


Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
