The Digital Marketing cum SEO Executive will play a crucial role in driving online visibility and sales growth for our product offerings. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to spearhead our online presence and drive growth across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SEO, SEM, performance marketing, social media management, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities



Website & SEO Management



? Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other

SEO tools.

? Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to

improve website rankings.

? Collaborate with developers or agencies to implement SEO best practices and

improvements.

? Manage budgets, track KPIs, and provide regular performance reports.

? Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance website functionality and

design.

? Implement changes to improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall

performance.

Social Media Content Oversight



? Review and approve social media content submitted by third-party agencies to ensure

it aligns with brand guidelines.

? Provide constructive feedback on creatives, copy, and messaging before publishing.

? Track performance of posts and recommend optimizations to improve engagement

and reach.

? Manage and grow the company's social media pages on platforms like Facebook,

Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

Campaign & Content Calendar Management



? Maintain a structured digital marketing calendar covering campaigns, content, product

launches, and promotions.

? Ensure timely coordination between internal teams and agency partners to meet deadlines.

? Identify seasonal and industry opportunities to create timely and relevant campaigns.

Creative & Brand Coordination



? Work closely with design teams or agencies to ensure all creatives are visually

appealing and brand-compliant.

? Suggest innovative formats and ideas to increase traffic, visibility, and conversions.

? Keep social media pages updated, aligned with campaigns, and optimized for growth.

Data Analysis and Reporting:



? Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio etc to analyze website and

campaign performance.

? Generate insights from data to inform future marketing strategies.

? Provide regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Collaboration and Strategy:



? Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts

with company objectives.

? Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

? Identify and explore new digital marketing opportunities to drive growth.

What We're Looking For



? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

? 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content coordination, or social media

management.

? Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.

? Strong eye for design and detail - you understand what looks good and what works.

? Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines with ease.

? Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or

scheduling tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
