Digital Marketing Executive We\'re seeking a talented and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you\'ll play a key part in developing and executing paid social media and Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on ad creation and brand management. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement targeted ad campaigns on Google Ads, including search, display, and remarketing campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Create high-converting ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences and align with brand messaging. \xc2\xb7 Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to inform campaign strategies. \xc2\xb7 Monitor campaign performance, analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, and report on key metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.). \xc2\xb7 Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices in paid advertising. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels. \xc2\xb7 Assist with content creation for social media and other marketing initiatives (optional). Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 1-3 years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns and Google Ads. \xc2\xb7 Proven track record of success in generating leads, driving conversions, and achieving campaign goals. \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of ad platforms, targeting options, and campaign optimization techniques. \xc2\xb7 Excellent copywriting and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging ad copy. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights platforms. \xc2\xb7 Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making is a plus. \xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of brand management principles. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills. \xc2\xb7 Passion for digital marketing and a creative mind.
