Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing:
Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
Design and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
Develop and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Monitor and report performance metrics (traffic, leads, engagement, etc.).
Manage and optimize paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Maintain and update the company website (basic content management).
Coordinate with designers and external vendors for marketing materials.
Accounts Assistance:
Assist in invoice preparation, submission, and follow-up.
Maintain records of marketing-related expenses and ensure proper documentation.
Support basic data entry into accounting software or spreadsheets.
Help with reconciliations, petty cash, and expense reports.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for payments and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
Experience in digital marketing; basic accounting knowledge preferred.
Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp).
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting software (e.g., MS Office, etc) is a plus.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Preferred:
Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.).
