Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance the company's online presence, generate leads, and drive business growth. This role involves managing digital platforms, creating performance-driven strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective brand communication across digital channels.

Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and websites. Managing and optimizing social media platforms to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness. Creating and executing content strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines. Monitoring campaign performance using analytics tools and preparing performance reports. Conducting keyword research and implementing SEO and SEM strategies to improve search rankings. Coordinating with design and content teams to develop digital creatives and promotional materials. Managing website updates, landing pages, and online lead-generation activities. Staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and online advertising strategies. Excellent English and Hindi communication and writing skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Good communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in lead generation and performance marketing campaigns. Knowledge of content marketing and email marketing tools. Certification in Google Ads, Digital Marketing, or related platforms. Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful digital marketing campaigns.
