Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Management
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding
Maintaining employee records, attendance & HR documentation
Handling employee engagement, grievance management & HR policies
Coordinating training sessions, induction & performance evaluations
Ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive work culture
Digital Marketing
Creating and managing social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Running paid ads and monitoring performance metrics
Content creation: posts, reels, stories & basic copywriting
Managing website updates, SEO basics & online branding
Coordinating with design/creative teams for promotional content
Tracking analytics and preparing monthly performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
2+ years of experience
in HR and/or Digital Marketing roles
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Good understanding of recruitment processes
Hands-on experience with social media platforms & digital marketing tools
Creative mindset with basic knowledge of content creation
Ability to multitask and work independently
