Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Ads, and email marketing.
Create engaging and visually appealing content showcasing jewellery collections, offers, and events.
Manage social media profiles, grow online community, and interact with customers.
Track, analyse, and report on the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Optimize online campaigns to increase engagement, leads, and sales.
Collaborate with the in-house team to design visuals, videos, and promotional material.
Stay updated with jewellery industry trends, customer preferences, and digital marketing innovations.
Support online brand-building initiatives and influencer collaborations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and analytics.
Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
