Position Overview:


A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company or brand's products and services online. They play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:

Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Content Management:

Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking. Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and optimized content.

Social Media Management:

Design and implement social media strategies tailored to the brand and audience. Monitor, engage, and grow the company's presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:

Manage paid digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others. Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track, measure, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics. Create actionable reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.

Email Marketing Campaigns:

Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.

Collaborate Across Departments:

Work closely with sales, design, and content teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising. Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot. Expertise in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics. Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills. Creativity and ability to think outside the box. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web development tools (preferred but not mandatory).
