Position Overview
Sturlite Greentech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about digital marketing and sustainability, and can help us increase brand awareness, drive online engagement, and generate qualified leads for our Services. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns, as well as reporting on performance metrics to ensure the company meets its marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities * Digital Marketing Strategy

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the companys mission and business objectives.
• Identify target audiences and design digital campaigns to engage with them effectively.
• Content Creation & Management

• Create high-quality, engaging content for digital platforms, including website, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and paid ads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the messaging aligns with the companys vision and voice.
• Curate content related to solar power projects for residential, commercial and industrial consumers
• Social Media Management

• Oversee all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), posting regular content, interacting with followers, and growing the social community.
• Create social media calendars and ensure timely and relevant posting.
• Analyze social media trends, identify opportunities for engagement, and implement creative ideas to boost social presence.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Content Optimization

• Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages to improve organic search rankings and drive inbound traffic.
• Perform keyword research and on-page SEO optimization to ensure Sturlite Green Tech Pvt. Ltd. ranks highly for relevant search terms in the green tech sector.
• Monitor website analytics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of SEO strategies.
• Paid Advertising (PPC & Display Ads)

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive leads and traffic.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, ad copy, and targeting for maximum ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing

• Design and implement email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and retaining customers.
• Segment email lists based on target demographics, behaviors, and customer profiles.
• Analyze email campaign performance and refine strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Analytics & Reporting

• Track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the success of campaigns, recommending adjustments based on data.
• Establish KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure campaign performance, and report progress against these metrics.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis

• Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of digital marketing trends in the green technology sector.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and keep marketing campaigns fresh and innovative.
• Stay updated on new digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices, and continuously seek ways to improve performance.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and customer support to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
• Engage with industry influencers, thought leaders, and partners to increase the companys visibility and brand credibility.

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with experience in green technology, renewable energy, or sustainability sectors.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and social media management tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, PPC, and social media marketing.
• Experience with website optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content and copy for digital platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Passion for sustainability and green technologies, with a commitment to promoting eco-friendly initiatives.

• Experience with video marketing, YouTube, and multimedia content creation.
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creating digital assets.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
