Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as
LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
, and other relevant channels
Create and manage
content calendars
, social media posts, captions, creatives, and short-form content
Handle
LinkedIn marketing
including organic growth, engagement strategies, and lead-generation campaigns
Plan and execute
email marketing campaigns
, newsletters, and automation workflows
Research industry trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to propose
innovative campaign ideas
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (reach, engagement, leads, CTR, conversions)
Optimize campaigns based on performance insights and data analysis
Ensure brand tone, voice, and visual identity are maintained across platforms
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned marketing activities and deliver measurable outcomes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience
in Digital Marketing
Proven expertise in
Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, Email Marketing, and LinkedIn Marketing
Ability to work
independently with minimal supervision
Strong creative thinking and ideation skills
Excellent written communication and content creation skills
Familiarity with tools such as
Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Email Marketing Tools, and Analytics platforms
Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
