Digital Marketing Executive

to lead our online marketing efforts at our Angamaly branch.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Website Management

Optimize website for search engines (on-page & off-page SEO) Regularly update website content and ensure best SEO practices Monitor and report website performance using Google Search Console and Analytics

Google Ads & Meta Ads

Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) Optimize campaigns for ROI, lead generation, and conversion Analyze ad performance, A/B testing, and make data-driven adjustments

Social Media Management

Create and manage content for social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) Grow engagement, followers, and brand presence across platforms Monitor trends, respond to messages/comments, and run regular campaigns

AI Tools & Automation

Use AI tools for content generation, marketing automation, and performance optimization (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, Zapier, etc.) Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies

Branding & Lead Generation

Collaborate with the sales and creative team to align marketing efforts Generate quality leads for the real estate business through online channels Develop marketing strategies tailored to the real estate industry

Key Skills & Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing (minimum 2 years preferred) Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and performance marketing Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager Proficiency in using digital tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc. Knowledge in AI tools and their use in digital marketing Ability to create engaging content for social media and website Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools) Good communication and analytical skills
