Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

Create engaging content for social media platforms. Develop monthly content calendars and content strategies. Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality creatives.

Social Media Management

Manage and update all social media accounts. Engage with audiences through comments and messages. Track competitors and maintain consistent brand presence.

Performance Monitoring

Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to monitor campaign performance. Prepare weekly/monthly reports and suggest improvements. Identify top-performing content and optimize future posts.

SEO Optimization

Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO optimization. Identify and resolve SEO-related issues. Work with the web team to improve website ranking and visibility.

Campaign Execution

Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns. Monitor ad performance and optimize budgets.

Team Collaboration

Coordinate with the project manager, designers, and writers. Contribute ideas and support overall marketing activities.

Work Schedule:

Workdays: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Compensation:

Initial Assessment Period

Employment begins with a two-week assessment period to evaluate performance, adaptability, and alignment with company values. Final confirmation of employment will be based on successful completion of this period. During this time, either party may discontinue the relationship without notice or severance.

Salary Range

INR 10,000 - 25,000 per month, depending on experience and performance, with performance-based appraisals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma in digital marketing or related field +2/degree 1-3 years of experience Fresher's can apply Freelance also allowed
