About the Role:



As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, implementing, and managing our comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms. Your core responsibility will be to enhance our online presence, significantly increase website traffic, and generate high-quality leads or sales. You will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our business objectives and effectively reach our target audience through innovative digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



Campaign Strategy & Management:

Plan, execute, and meticulously optimize digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including Google Ads (PPC), social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), email marketing, and display advertising. Monitor campaign performance closely, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact opportunities. Implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings and organic website traffic. Continuously monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools.

Social Media Management:

Develop and curate compelling, brand-aligned social media content across various platforms. Schedule and publish posts, actively monitor social media trends, and engage with the online community. Analyze social media performance metrics to increase brand awareness and foster audience engagement.

Content Marketing Support:

Assist in creating high-quality, relevant, and engaging content assets (e.g., website copy, blog posts, ad creatives) that resonate strongly with our target audience.

Email Marketing:

Design, implement, and rigorously track email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated sequences. Focus on effective audience segmentation and A/B testing to maximize campaign efficacy.

Analytics & Reporting:

Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Google Analytics to thoroughly monitor campaign performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze data comprehensively and provide regular, insightful reports with actionable recommendations for continuous optimization.

Market Research & Innovation:

Stay consistently updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Proactively identify new opportunities for digital growth and competitive advantage.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, design, and content, to ensure integrated, cohesive, and impactful marketing efforts.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related field. Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, demonstrating a strong understanding of: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Search Engine Marketing (SEM / PPC with Google Ads) Social Media Marketing (organic and paid campaigns) Email Marketing Proficiency with essential digital marketing tools, including but not limited to: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and SEO tools like SEMrush/Ahrefs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (proficiency in English and Hindi is highly preferred). Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for interpreting data and making informed, data-driven decisions. A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to brainstorm fresh ideas and develop effective solutions. Proven capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, effectively managing multiple projects and consistently meeting deadlines.
