Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist
to manage our brand's online presence across the website, marketplaces, and digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, improving conversions, and ensuring smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Management
Manage and update the Shopify/website on a regular basis.
Optimize website for speed, SEO, user experience, and conversions.
Coordinate with designers and developers for banners, landing pages, and new feature implementations.
Marketplace Management
Handle listings, cataloguing, pricing, and content optimization on Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant marketplaces.
Monitor buy box, competitor analysis, stock levels, and marketplace account health.
Plan and manage marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Sponsored Ads).
Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads)
Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
and
Google Ads
.
Set up campaigns: Lead gen, sales, remarketing, DPA, video, and brand awareness.
Analyze ROAS, CPC, CPA, and other key KPIs to improve campaign performance.
Manage Pixel, GA4, events tracking, attribution, and conversion setups.
SEO & SMO
Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities.
Perform keyword research, competitor research, and content optimization.
Plan monthly social media content calendars in coordination with the design team.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta dashboard, and marketplace analytics.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and insights.
Identify opportunities for scaling sales and improving ROI.
Key Skills Required
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and marketplace operations.
Experience with Shopify, GA4, Pixel, and marketing automation tools.
Understanding of SEO, SEM, DPA, bid strategies, catalogue management.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage end-to-end digital marketing functions.
Experience
2-4 years in digital marketing, preferably in
D2C / E-commerce / Beauty or FMCG
sector.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
