We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & E-commerce Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination between our team, digital marketing agencies, and e-commerce partners. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing channels, basic design skills, and strong communication abilities to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and e-commerce activities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with digital marketing agencies on campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
Liaise with e-commerce agencies to manage product listings, updates, and online promotions.
Assist with basic design tasks such as resizing creatives, creating social media posts, and preparing promotional materials (using Canva/Photoshop or similar tools).
Support the execution of social media and paid advertising campaigns.
Work closely with internal teams to align marketing and e-commerce initiatives with brand goals.
Track competitor activities and share insights for strategy improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing coordination or e-commerce management.
Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing).
Understanding of e-commerce platforms
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
