for clients through data-driven media planning, smart targeting, and efficient budget allocation.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Strategy
Develop end-to-end paid media strategies aligned with client goals, audiences, and healthcare service lines.
Design media plans including platform mix, targeting, bidding strategies, ad formats, and KPIs.
Conduct audience research, keyword planning, and competitor benchmarking.
Platform Execution
Launch, manage, and optimise campaigns across:
Google Search & Display
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
YouTube
LinkedIn Ads
(for B2B healthcare clients)
Programmatic platforms
(if applicable)
Collaborate with the tech team to implement tracking pixels, conversion goals, and UTM parameters.
Performance Monitoring & Optimisation
Monitor and optimise campaigns against CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and engagement metrics.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting to drive efficiency.
Continuously adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on performance insights.
Compliance & Accuracy
Ensure campaigns adhere to
Google Healthcare Ads policy, Meta Health-related rules, MCI guidelines
, and other relevant regulations.
Partner with compliance and client servicing teams to validate messaging and secure necessary approvals.
Reporting & Insights
Deliver clear, insightful performance reports with learnings and next steps.
Present results to internal teams and clients in an actionable, easy-to-understand format.
Maintain accurate documentation of campaigns, benchmarks, and media spend.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.
2-4 years of hands-on experience
in digital media buying and campaign management.
Proficiency in
Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads
, and analytics dashboards.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics (
CPL, CAC, ROAS, etc.
).
Prior experience in
healthcare or regulated industries
is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
Google Ads & Meta Blueprint Certifications.
Familiarity with tools such as
Google Tag Manager, GA4, SEMrush, or SimilarWeb.
Knowledge of healthcare advertising compliance standards (
HIPAA, MCI, etc.
).
Experience with project management tools (
ClickUp, Trello, Asana
).
