International QSR Brand ?We are seeking a data-driven App Growth Lead to transform our mobile app from a coupon engine into a full digital ecosystem (Loyalty, Delivery, and MOP). You will own the App P&L and be responsible for scaling MAUs, frequency, and profitability.
?Key Responsibilities ?Growth & P&L: Own the 2026-27 roadmap; drive registration, activation, and guest count growth. ?Offer Management: Design and A/B test segment-led offers (youth, families, etc.) to drive habit and revenue. ?CRM & Lifecycle: Lead full-funnel CRM (Push, Email, WhatsApp) and automated win-back journeys. ?Performance Media: Manage Meta, Google, and Affiliate spend to optimize ROAS and CPA. ?Leadership: Collaborate with Tech, Ops, and Finance to ensure flawless campaign execution.
?Ideal Profile ?Experience: 4-8 years in App Growth, D2C, or Performance Marketing. ?Skills: Expert in app funnels, cohort analytics, and CRM tools. ?Mindset: A "Builder + Hustler" who is comfortable with numbers and thrives in fast-paced environments.
