Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our team. This dual-role position involves designing visually compelling assets and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to grow our brand presence and engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design:

Develop high-quality visual content including social media creatives, web banners, brochures, presentations, emailers, infographics, and packaging. Maintain visual brand consistency across all digital and print media. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into impactful designs. Create and manage visual assets for ad campaigns and product launches. Work with vendors and printers when needed for offline assets.

Digital Marketing:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. Manage and optimize social media channels and content calendars. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to track performance and provide actionable insights. Perform keyword research and manage SEO/SEM strategies. Handle email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in graphic design and/or digital marketing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, etc. Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager). Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media trends, and content strategies. Good communication and project management skills.
