Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Tasks

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns Support SEO and SEM efforts to improve website visibility Create engaging content for social media platforms Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports Collaborate with design and content teams to align messaging

Customer Support Activities

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media Assist in resolving basic product or service-related issues Document customer feedback to inform marketing strategies Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution Maintain a positive and professional tone in all customer interactions
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any subject. Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills Empathy and patience in handling customer queries Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work on-site in Kollam
