Job Description

We are seeking a highly strategic, creative, and data-driven Social Media Strategist to join our branding and advertising agency. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of impactful social media strategies that help our clients build strong digital presences, engage their audiences, and drive measurable results. You'll work closely with our creative teams to transform ideas into content that performs across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and assist in executing integrated digital and social media strategies aligned with brand objectives

Create, curate, and schedule content (posts, reels, stories, short videos, blogs, emailers, etc.) that aligns with brand tone and performance goals. Conduct audience and market research to identify trends, insights, competitors, and opportunities for strategic content. Manage daily online presence, engaging with audience interactions, comments, and messages to build community and brand loyalty. Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns including paid ads, influencer collaborations, SEO-driven content, and email campaigns. Optimize campaigns and content based on analytics, performance metrics, and platform trends. Collaborate with the design team on visuals, branding requirements, and creative storytelling. Stay updated with digital innovations, platform updates, and emerging content formats to enhance brand engagement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field. Strong interest in digital marketing and research. Ability to coordinate with designers, copywriters, videographers, and account managers. Understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices. Proven ability to develop content calendars, digital marketing plans, and social media campaigns.
