digital marketing and front desk responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Front Desk Duties:

Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner Manage appointment scheduling and patient records Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries Coordinate with physiotherapists and maintain clinic hygiene & punctuality

Digital Marketing Duties:

Manage and grow our clinic's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, Google) Create content for posts, reels, and stories (basic graphic design knowledge is a plus) Run targeted ads (Meta/Google) Assist in creating awareness and engagement campaigns Monitor and analyze performance metrics

Preferred Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms Familiarity with Canva, Meta Ads, Google My Business, etc. Ability to multitask and work in a team Interest or background in healthcare/physiotherapy is a plus
