Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative

Female Digital Marketing cum Coordinator

with 1-2 years of experience to manage our digital marketing activities and coordinate with internal and external teams. The ideal candidate should be fluent in

Kannada and English

, have good communication and organizational skills, and possess hands-on experience in digital marketing platforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms. Manage and grow company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) through engaging content. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for campaign execution and updates. Assist in content creation, graphic design, and promotional material preparation. Monitor and analyze campaign performance; prepare regular reports and insights. Handle Kannada and English content writing, translation, and communication. Support offline marketing, branding, and event coordination when required. Maintain marketing records, lead tracking, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or coordination roles.

Fluency in Kannada and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.). Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills. Creative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
