Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, website lead generation, and digital campaign execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality website traffic, improving lead conversions, managing paid marketing campaigns, and supporting international (export) client acquisition strategies. The role will also involve managing and optimising the Grainville India corporate website to enhance global brand visibility, generate export inquiries, and support overseas sales growth for a professional MNC-level rice processing and export organization while coordinating with international clients and B2B buyers.
Requirements

• Execute basic SEO (on-page, keywords, meta tags, content optimization)

• Manage Google Ads (Search & Display - basic level)

• Website lead generation & conversion rate optimization (CRO)

• Track & manage leads in Zoho CRM

• Coordinate with Sales & Export teams for international leads

• Monitor performance via Google Analytics & Search Console

• Support social media promotions & paid boosts

• Handle website, email, WhatsApp & social media inquiries

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

Required Skills:

• Basic SEO & Google Ads knowledge

• Website lead generation & CRO understanding

• B2B & Export Marketing experience (mandatory)

• Zoho CRM or similar CRM

• MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Canva

• Good communication in English & Hindi

Education:

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, IT or related field

• Digital Marketing Certification (preferred)
