About the Role

We are hiring a

Female Digital Marketing Course Counselor

who can professionally guide students, handle admissions, and support our digital marketing academy's enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and social media. Counsel students and recommend suitable digital marketing courses. Convert leads into admissions through effective communication & follow-up. Explain course curriculum, fee structure, offers, and batch timings. Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets. Maintain CRM data, daily reports, and follow-up sheets. Coordinate with the operations and training teams for student onboarding. Maintain a positive & friendly student experience.

Skills Required

Excellent communication & presentation skills. Confident personality with strong convincing abilities. Good at follow-up and sales closing. Basic knowledge of digital marketing (preferred, not mandatory). Ability to manage inquiries and work under targets.

Eligibility

Female candidates only. Experience: 6 months - 2 years in counseling/admission/inside sales. Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply. Graduation preferred.
