We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, paid advertising, and influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and digital trends.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Digital Media Plans aligned with marketing objectives.
Manage and grow multiple social media accounts across leading platforms.
Analyze customer behavior and create engaging content to improve reach and engagement.
Ensure consistent growth in followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, communities, affiliates, and partners.
Conceptualize and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with designers to create compelling visual and creative assets.
Monitor, moderate, and manage integrated in-house digital activities.
Handle customer complaints, queries, and feedback across digital platforms.
Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure campaign alignment.
Assist in preparing social media performance and analytics reports.
Plan and execute strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Marketing preferred).
2-4 years of experience managing social media accounts for organizations.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and content creation strategies.
Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools.
In-depth understanding of paid advertising processes (social media ads, targeting, optimization, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English and the local language is mandatory.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
Experience with influencer outreach and collaborations.
Basic understanding of graphic design and content aesthetics.
Knowledge of performance tracking, reporting, and optimization techniques.
