Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
Develop content for
reports, newsletters, websites, and social media platforms
Create engaging, policy-aligned content tailored to
MSMEs, government stakeholders, and industry partners
Maintain editorial calendars and content pipelines
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute
digital marketing campaigns
for program outreach and awareness
Target MSME stakeholders through
social media, email, and web-based campaigns
Coordinate campaign messaging with program milestones and events
SEO, SEM & Online Visibility
Manage
SEO and SEM strategies
to improve program and website visibility
Optimize content using keywords, metadata, and performance insights
Support website updates and content optimization initiatives
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Monitor digital performance using
Google Analytics, social media insights, and campaign KPIs
Prepare
performance reports and analytical insights
for program leadership
Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven outcomes
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with
design, research, and program teams
to ensure content accuracy and alignment
Support digital communication for
workshops, consultations, and stakeholder events

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Marketing, Communications, Digital Media

Experience & Skill Requirements
2+ years
of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or communications
Strong
writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
