Digital Marketing Consultant - Part-Time / Freelance



Organization:

Location:

Remote / Hybrid (with occasional coordination at Cuttack office)

Time Commitment:

8-10 hours per week (Flexible hours; must be available for weekly reviews).

(Hire for 1 month and based on performance it shall be contract for 12 months.



Key Responsibilities:

Meta Ad Campaign Setup & Optimization

Create, run, and monitor paid campaigns on

Facebook and Instagram

via

Meta Business Suite

Define and manage

audience segmentation

(by location, age, course interest, etc.) Build and experiment with

Lookalike Audiences

and

Custom Audiences

Setup and optimize

Retargeting Campaigns

for maximum lead capture

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor and improve

Cost-Per-Lead (CPL)

and

Click-Through Rate (CTR)

Provide

weekly performance reports

with recommendations Track

conversion journey

from ad click ? inquiry ? demo ? enrollment

Creative Support & CTA Optimization

Guide team on

effective ad creatives

(image/video formats, hashtags, CTA buttons) Ensure every campaign includes sharp,

action-oriented CTA

(WhatsApp Click, Call Now, Demo Signup, etc.)

Coordination & Knowledge Transfer

Train in-house team (engineer or counselor) to handle

day-to-day campaign updates

Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for

course-specific promotions


Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in running

Meta Ads (FB/Insta)

with budget control Strong understanding of

lead gen metrics

: CPL, CTR, CPM, ROI Familiarity with

Odisha/Cuttack student market

or willingness to study it quickly Ability to work independently with

weekly goals

Knowledge of

Canva/Basic design tools

(preferred, not mandatory) Bonus: Experience in

education sector

, coaching centers, or e-learning
KPIs (What Success Looks Like):

Minimum

30-50 targeted leads/week

at acceptable CPL CTR above

2.5%

Clear reporting of

audience response

per course and campaign Implementation of

3-4 campaign types per month

Compensation:

Monthly retainer

?8,000-?15,000 (based on skillset and commitment) Plus

performance-based bonuses
