The Digital Marketing Consultant will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, generating leads, and analyzing web analytics. This role involves collaborating with the marketing team to drive digital campaigns, optimize online presence, and enhance brand visibility for both residential and commercial real estate projects. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms.
Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and maintain content calendars.
Plan and implement SEO, SMM, and Google Ads campaigns.
Analyze website and social media metrics to measure campaign performance.
Generate leads and track conversions using web analytics tools.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and produce engaging content.
Coordinate with Residential and Corporate Marketing teams for advertising plans.
Support core marketing activities, including promotion of commercial spaces. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate.
Proficiency in SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and lead generation.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools like Canva, Figma, etc.
Ability to analyze web traffic metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across teams.
