We are looking for a skilled and proactive Computer Operator with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. The ideal candidate will manage our day-to-day online activities, including social media pages, online advertisements, and customer databases.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engines.
Create, publish, and manage engaging content for websites and social media platforms.
Monitor and report on digital campaign performance (using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
Conduct keyword research and support SEO/SEM strategies.
Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency.
Respond to online queries and engage with the digital audience to improve brand presence.
Manage and operate computer systems efficiently for business operations.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Basic to intermediate experience in digital marketing.
Hands-on experience in managing Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads.
Strong computer operation and MS Office skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus, but not mandatory.
Good communication and multitasking abilities.
