About the Role

Glitz India is looking for a proactive and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing & Communication Coordinator. This role is designed to streamline communication with our digital marketing partner and development team, while managing in-house social media and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the

primary communication point

between Glitz India and our digital marketing agency. Coordinate with the

development team

for timely updates and website/app enhancements. Manage and monitor

social media pages

(content posting, responding to queries, basic community engagement). Assist in

executing digital campaigns

Maintain

weekly reports and updates

for management on marketing activities. Support branding and offline marketing activities (photoshoots, events, promotions). Ensure timely collection and sharing of content, creatives, and approvals.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field. 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or client servicing. Strong communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, SEO basics). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
