You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth through data-driven digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the overall
digital marketing strategy
Build and scale
performance marketing
(Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Lead
SEO, content marketing, and inbound growth
Develop brand positioning, messaging, and online presence
Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI
Build and manage marketing tools, funnels, and automation
Hire and lead the digital marketing team as the company scales
Work closely with the CEO/Product team on growth and go-to-market strategy
Required Skills & Experience
Strong background in
digital marketing & growth
Proven experience in
paid ads, SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager etc.
Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
Prior startup or agency experience is a strong plus
