The Digital Marketing & Client Relationship Executive is responsible for managing social media growth, acquiring new clients, and providing end-to-end client support for S&M Tech. This role combines online marketing, client communication, and relationship management to enhance the company's visibility and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Marketing
Post and manage creative content (images, videos, animations) designed by the team.
Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Create short captions in English and Tamil as needed.
Share posts in business groups, WhatsApp communities, and other platforms to attract potential clients.
Track social media performance metrics (likes, comments, reach) and provide weekly reports.
Coordinate with the designer and manager for the monthly content calendar.
2. Client Acquisition (Lead Generation & Calls)
Identify and contact potential clients (B2B & B2C) across industries such as hospitals, textiles, construction, and education.
Introduce S&M Tech services (Digital Marketing, Website Design, Branding, etc.) via calls, WhatsApp, or email.
Share the company brochure, portfolio, and relevant links during communication.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into confirmed clients.
Maintain a clear lead tracking sheet for daily follow-ups.
Coordinate with the manager for pricing discussions or final closures.
3. Client Relationship & Support (After Acquisition)
Maintain professional communication with existing clients.
Assist clients by providing updates on ongoing projects.
Coordinate between clients, designers, and management to ensure smooth project delivery.
Collect client feedback after project completion.
Handle client queries related to posts, updates, or schedules.
Build long-term trust and satisfaction through timely responses and support.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
Confidence in handling client calls, WhatsApp chats, and follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online promotions.
Organized and able to maintain proper client records.
Positive attitude and willingness to manage both marketing and client-related tasks.
Qualifications:
Any degree (freshers welcome).
Basic computer knowledge and internet handling skills.
Salary & Benefits:
Probation Salary: ₹10,000/month (3 months)
Confirmed Salary: ₹12,000/month (after probation, based on performance)
Performance Bonus: ₹1,000 - ?3,000/month for timely delivery & results

Notice Period: 7 days during probation, 30 days after confirmation
